About Engeneration

Providing support today to the Engineers of tomorrow

The next generation of Mechanical Engineers have a huge task on their hands – they must discover, create and improve the technologies that power the modern world. To support and prepare them, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) offers membership to Engeneration.

Engeneration is a free-to-join membership scheme that aims to support you right the way through your course of study.

We offer you course advice and learning materials as well as your very own engineering gurus to help you with even your most complicated queries.

Our members will get the inside scoop on the fast-paced world of engineering, heading behind the scenes to top industry jobs, hearing industry news hot off the press and benefiting from invaluable careers advice. Members will also be first in line for exclusive invitations to industry-led events.

How do I join?

Engeneration is free to join but students must ask both their teacher and a parent to sign the application form. Once they become members, students will receive an information pack containing a welcome letter, membership and careers brochure, pad, pencil and a unique 1Gb credit card shaped USB card.

Members can also expect to receive expert guidance that takes them from the classroom to preparing for their first job interview.

Visit Join Engeneration to find out more.
